My name is Maya Goode.​

I help the "everyday athlete" feel strong, mobile and pain free so they can stay consistent with the activities they love.

I've been practicing massage since 2018 and have worked in a variety of settings, from boutique spas to medical environments. Those experiences allow me to take a well rounded, results driven approach to every session. ​

My work goes beyond temporary relief. I focus on your aches and stiffness so you can move better, recover faster and perform at your best. This is important because, I know how important your training is to your life.

Through the Maya Massage Method, I blend targeted therapeutic bodywork with an element of relaxation, so your body gets the results it needs while you zone out. The perfect experience.
I also incorporate a range of tools, techniques, and high-quality oils to enhance each session and support your recovery. Because when your body isn’t functioning properly, everything is affected; your workouts, your recovery, and your day-to-day life.
